Dr. Fidelia Ola Nnadi, Ph.D., P.E., D.WRE, M.ASCE is an Associate Professor and the Director of Diversity and Inclusion at the College of Engineering and Computer Sciences at the University of Central Florida, Orlando. She received her Ph.D. from Queens University, Kingston, Ontario Canada in 1992 after her outstanding performance in graduating with first class honors in Civil Engineering at University of Nigeria, Nsukka. She holds expertise in water resources engineering - watershed management, and charitable organizations.
Dr. Nnadi has won numerous awards and grants and supervised several undergraduate and graduate students. She has published several technical articles and made presentations at local, national and international conferences. She is an active reviewer for several national and international journals and conferences.
Dr. Nnadi is a licensed professional engineer in Florida, U.S. and Ontario, Canada. She has also participated in numerous leadership seminars and served as invited speaker to various social and professional organizations. Her recent invitation to Oxford Round Table, Oxford, England gave her a rare opportunity to participate in developing policies in Environmental Globalization. Dr. Nnadi currently serves on various local and professional boards. She is the founder and president of two charitable organizations that encourage community empowerment in developing countries, and indigent single mothers, widows and youths.
